Cajun was a stray, who came to Clarke County Animal Shelter in Alabama with infected wounds on his neck from a “prong” collar being embedded into him. The amazing staff there treated his wounds and contacted us; Cajun joined Yappy Tails at the end of April. However, through no fault of his own, his foster home fell through a few days after he arrived in Connecticut. We posted an emergency plea for a foster & we were so fortunate when Mike & Cindy saw our post & stepped in to help. We were even more thrilled when they “foster failed” just a few weeks later. Cajun’s forever family says they “could not love this dog anymore ! He is the sweetest, most affectionate dog ever. We love ❤️ him so much.” Cajun buddy, we are so happy for you, sweet boy!! We look forward to more updates from you & your furever family!
